Adding ports into the system You receive notification from a housing authority they have a tenant with intentions of moving to your jurisdiction. Once you receive paperwork, you can begin to put this new person into the system.
Adding ports into the system • At this point the port in is added into applicant list. • Once you receive paperwork from the initiating HA, and interview the applicant, you can put the applicant details into the system, and issue a voucher.
Adding a port into the system Your port in now has a voucher and can go our and find a unit to move to. The port in will return with an RFTA, enabling you to perform a rent reasonableness comparison and inspection. If both are okay, you can house the port in, into ORC.
Adding a port into the system Now we have the applicant “housed” into ORC, meaning the applicant is no longer on the waiting list and is in ORC ready to have the 50058 created.
