As an exchange student on the IAESTE program, Mr. THOMMA will stay at PolyU till the middle of September. 07-09-2007:Dr. WANG Yu left Hong Kong for Beijing to attend the Xiangshan Science Conference. 07-13-2007:Welcome!Dr. WAHGGuo-yu joined the group today. Dr. WANG is from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). 07-15-2007:Dr. WANG Yu attended the Fifteenth International Conference on Composite/Nano Engineering (ICCE-15) in Haikou.At ICCE-15, Dr. WANG chaired one session (oxide) and gave a talk on lattice engineering of perovskite oxide thin films. 07-26-2007:Welcome!Mr. HUYong-ming joined the group today. Dr. HU is from Hubei University. 07-30-2007:Welcome back!Miss ZHOU Xiao-yuan returned to Hong Kong from the USA. 08-07-2007:Welcome!Mr. CHENG Tie-dong joined the group today. Mr. CHENG is from Guangdong University of Technology. 08-10-2007:A papertitled “Hydrogen-induced degradation in multiferroic BiFeO3 ceramics" (Mr. SHEN Z. J. of Wuhan University as the first author, Professor CHEN W.P. as the corresponding author and Dr. WANG Yu as one of coauthors) appears in a recent issue of Materials Letters (Vol.61, p.4354-57). 08-13-2007:Bye!Dr. WANGKe-feng left the group today. He will continue his postdoctoral research in Nanjing University. 08-25-2007:A papertitled “Processing and properties of Yb-doped BiFeO3 ceramics" (Dr. YAN Zhi as the first author and Dr. WANG Yu as the corresponding author) appears in the August 24, 2007 issue of Applied Physics Letters (Vol.91, p. 082906). 08-29-2007:Welcome!Mr. SUNTie-yu joined the group today.
