2. LCP K-CLAD 30® combines economy and modern appearance to produce a lightweight roofing and walling profile, suitable for a wide variety of applications. It provides easy handling with quick and simple installation using hi-tensile steel. LCP K-CLAD® 30 is lightweight, yet high strength and its domed crest provides greater foot traffic performance. Its deep ribs and anti-capillary side lap provides excellent spanning capability with good water carrying capacity. LCP K-CLAD® 30 can also be crimp curved in convex and concave design options. LCP LYCORZIP® standing seam roof profile panels of 480mm effective cover width having crest height of 75 mm is mechanically seamed with heavy duty electric portable seaming machine to withstand wind uplift and foot traffic. LCP LYCORZIP® standing seam roof system is an exceptional water proofing roof system due to its high ribs. Minimum roof pitch of 2° is recommended, subject to support spacing and structural tolerance with purlin and roof plane correctly aligned LCP LYCORSEAM® standing seam roof system has concealed clips that are specially designed to minimise heat conductivity whilst maximising sliding efficiency. LCP LYCORSEAM is a cold roll formed roof and wall cladding manufactured from high strength steel of G300 base material (300MPa minimum yield stress), with Galvalume steel (zinc Aluminium alloy) coating and color coated Galvalume steel. LCP LYCORSEAM is also available in other non-ferrous materials. -+ LCP FORMDEK® Structural Steel Formwork system is a 'W' profile structural decking system manufactured by LCP Building Products Pvt. Ltd. It is available in three different rib depths of 44mm, 51mm and 75 mm. It is suitable for use with steel support (e.g. I - beams), masonry or concrete framed buildings. It is long-lasting and acts as an ideal supporting concrete slabs. LCP FORMDEK® is available in Galvanised Steel in various thickness. SOLAR MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURES: We offer “C” & ”Z” purlins for Solar Module Mounting structures for ground mounting in both Fixed and Tracker System. We also provide HDP (Hot Dip Galvanizing) for the purlins as per IS2629. LCP Solar Module Mounting structures are available in both Pre-Galvanised material and Post-Galvanization, and are customized as per design requirements.
