  3. Logistics • Timing • Begin: 09:00 to 18:00 • Lunch: 12.45 - 13.45 • Tea Breaks (20 minutes) • ~10:30 to 10:50 • ~16:00 to 16:20

  4. Logistics • 5 rows • 4 students per row • 1 PC • 1 cisco router • 1 hub • 1 ethernet cable to central switch • 1 ethernet cable for interconnection between rows • 1 serial cable for BGP practicals • PCs installed with FreeBSD 4.2

  5. Logistics • passwords • PCs login as “t2” password “t2@afnog” • root also “t2@afnog” • don’t change passwords, please! • don’t install resolvers • don’t ‘close security holes’ • Caution! • Watch out for cables, power cords etc… • Handle equipment with care
