  11. Summary: Construction • Public Safety Technologies • TC-28 work progress • Conduit installation 100% complete • Emergency communication panels, transformer and phones installed • Camera wiring and mounting process begun

Bid Package #12 • Part 2 Elements • Roebling Bridge pedestrian connector • River Walk along Mehring Way • Pedestrian bridge at Broadway & East Pete Rose Way • April Progress • Design of River Walk from Steamboat Monument to Main Street underway; will submit to City in early June • Broadway pedestrian bridge preliminary design presented to Urban Design Review Board on April 18 • Complete Stage 2 Plan to be submitted ODOT by June 11

Summary: Economic Inclusion • Actual Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation for Construction through 03/25/12 is 36.1% (goal is 30%) • Minority Business Enterprise (MBE): 15.9% • Women Business Enterprise (WBE): 2.8% • There are no MBE or WBE goals. *Goal achieved if Actual DBE Amount equals or exceeds the Committed DBE Amount.
