  2. In the Beginning • The company was made in January of 1964 by Bill Bowerman and Philip Knight. • The founders named it after a Greek Goddess Nike The Goddess of victory.

  3. What is Nike? • Nike is a Company that makes Athletic equipment, clothing, and shoes. • Nike also sponsors many athletes. For example Michael Jordan

  4. Nike Now • Now Nike gear is sold all over the world. • There are even some Nike stores open today.

  5. Different Parts of Nike • There are many different parts of Nike, there are Nike Golf, Nike+, Nike Pro, Nike SB (Skateboarding), and Air Jordan • Nike also Bought Bauer Hockey which turned into Nike Bauer
