  2. Ingreso en Urgencias por sospecha/diagnóstico IC Evaluación diagnóstica: ECG, analítica, troponina, RX tórax, NT-proBNP? + Tratamiento médico ¿IC “de novo”? No Sí ¿Mejoría clínica? Sí No Ingreso en UCEU ¿Mejoría clínica? No Sí Ingreso en CAR/MIR/UGA/HaD Alta de URG/UCEU CAP CAR zona CAR HUB A B MIRC/MIGC
