TRAINING ACTIVITIES • Train the trainer (new comer) in HCM, Hanoi, Can Tho • Train BDO in HCM & HN • Conduct WS for BM, SM and Pre-BM • Distribute the vouchers for agents reaching the target (3.5 PFYP in 2 months after graduation) • Open province course at Bac Giang & Tay Ninh • Carry out the training survey.

  5. 4. DEVELOP BDO FAST TRACK FOUNDATION COURSE

  6. 4. DEVELOP BDO Course title: FFM Objectives: • Improve supporting skill of BDO • Increase the retention of new agent • This project apply in HCMC first and then HN • Other region: sales director will train their BDO

DEVELOP BDO 13 Dec 5 Dec During 3 months later Course content • Coaching skill • FOD skill • PRP skill • Sales skills • Prospecting • Making appointment • Handling objections • Fact finding • Presenting solution Training during from 5~13 Dec in weekend • Each Tuesday, a BDO will present 1 topic in 30mins. • BDO will send training dept the PFC schedule of their branch monthly: • For training to observe & feedback about coaching skill. • For training to check agent cards.

DEVELOP BDO BDOs earn those benefits from FFM course: • Enhance coaching skill in order to deliver PFC effectively. • Strengthen FOD skill in order to support new agents in field. • Improve PRP skill in order to consult new agents. New agents earn those benefits from FFM course: • Be improved Selling skills from PFC conducted by BDOs. • As a result of the effective support of BDOs, improve sales result and increase the retention of agent.
