  5. Redistricting Process • The redistricting committee consists of representatives from the schools and communities potentially affected • The process provides timelines and meeting dates for committee members

Boundary Factors & Parameters • Capacity of each school facility • Natural boundaries such as rivers, highways, railroads • Distance students should travel to and from school • Socioeconomic composition of schools impacted by boundary changes • All race neutral factors as they reflect the district-wide demographics
