  5. Bond Election - $125,232,310 • Four Propositions • Proposition 1 - Seguin High School • Proposition 2 - Elementary School • Proposition 3 - District-wide Renovations, Additions, Upgrades, Purchases • Proposition 4 - Matador Stadium • Adds just over 21¢ on the debt service tax rate ($0.2106)

Proposition 1 - $84,748,394 • Seguin High School • Construct new replacement high school • - Demolish older structures • - Retain newer structures • - One roof, fewer entrances • - Upgrade classrooms/labs • Allow for increase of at least 500 students • Adds just over 14¢ on the debt service tax rate ($0.1425)

  15. Impact of $125 Million on Annual/Monthly Taxes Above figures represent May 10 $125 million bond election exclusive of $9.2 million from May 2002. Above figures include $15,000 homestead exemption. There is no increase in ad valorem taxes for homes with Over-65 Exemption (frozen levy) or for disabled persons.
