What is the program? • A web based system designed to assist in developing personal accountability, goal achievement and self management • A system which allows a manager to learn what each person on his/her team is choosing for actions in a week and actions they believe are a priority • A method of providing windows of opportunities for coaching in the actions of a job for excellence in performance • An online system to store the history of accomplishments to eliminate manual reporting so a manager can focus on coaching –not paperwork © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

  8. Step 2: A player will complete 3-5 action items for the week, selecting an action type and a priority 1-2. Player submits game plan to coach. © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

  11. Step 3: The coach reviews the plan and approves the actions or requests a revision of an action – with comments. © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

  12. Step 3: If the coach asks for a revision of the action item, the player will be sent an email and they will change the item and return it to the coach. If all actions were approved, he/she will also receive an email. • Your game plan needs to be revised for your coach. Ease of Use and Time Savings • Individual coaches/players/fans establish their own passwords and can reset a forgotten password in moments • Every time an action needs attention, an email is sent to the coach or player with an automatic sign in function to go directly to the game plan • Monthly reports on player usage may be emailed directly to the coach or any other address • Clicking on an email address in the roster will create an new email screen for your mail system © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

What is the incentive? • August 13th to September 30th, 2007 • 5 players for no charge • Email bethann@ttiltd.com for trial offer acceptance • October 1, 2007: $50 minimum = 5 players/no charge for coach or fans • Generating a minimum of one game plan in a month = an active player for the month • $10.00 per player seat after $50.00 minimum © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.
