  4. Manifestasiklinik : • Pada anak2…polikistik ----- perutmmbuncit . • Nyeripunggung --- infeksikista. • Infeksisalurankencing . • Hipertensi---ok . Obstruksiatauiskemik segmental ---- mengaktifkanhormonrenin--- vasokontriksi --- hipertensi.
