Agenda 29/01/2009 • Presenting D3.3 vers. 1, main comments and resolutions on them • Presenting D3.3 ver. 2: • review of the inputs for D3.3 vers. 2 received from data providers (matching tables and critical analysis); • review of changes and new adding's (e.g. some contents about the need of vers. 2 of D3.3). • Comments and feedback received.   3. Presenting D3.3 vers. 1 • D3.3 was sent to project leader once on wednesday 14th of january (vers. 1.08), and a second time on thursday 15th of january (vers. 1.09). It is on the ftp site /GIS4Eu/TWG_Hydrography/D3_3-v1_09.zip • In this version (vers. 1.09) TWG leader and Editor agreed to put some corrections for data providers that didn’t answered to Rui’s requests of clarification, in particular: • for RLIG we assumed that “A” and “A4” were “A1”, and “A5” was “A2”; • for CGE we put their table in D3.3, in a partial completion. • The alternative would have been to declare in D3.3 which contribution were non included, and going so towards a penalization for some data providers • To avoid penalization note that in D3.3, vers 1.09, RVEN is not mentioned at all Provision of interoperable datasets to open GI to EU communities

  4. Presenting D3.3 vers. 1 • D3.3 (vers. 1.09) was edited taking into account comments received and their resolutions. They are on the ftp site /GIS4Eu/TWG_Hydrography/CommentsTo_D3_3_Common_Data_Model_HY_v1_07/ • In particular the last comments received were from ICC and INSA, most of them were related with formal aspects : • ICC sent file “D3.3_Revision_ICC_7_6_20081229.doc”; • INSA sent files “Comments_template_D3.3.xls” and “Comment.doc”. • A resolution was taken from TWG leader and Editor, according to TWG leader and Editor of TWG-DM TN, about a proposal from INSA that showed a way to compile critical analysis, it can be seen on file “ResolutionofComment.doc”.   5. Presenting D3.3 vers. 2 • D3.3 (vers. 2.02) was edited taking into account matching tables and critical analysis comparing data to version 2 of INSPIRE model. They are on the ftp site /GIS4Eu/TWG_Hydrography/FinalMatchingTablesAndD33Materials/<data provider>/vers2 • D3.3 (vers. 2.02) includes, as written in the minutes of the 19/12/2008 TWG-DM HY telco: • the contribution from MAV; • appendix 10.5 “Identification of GIS4EU features and attributes in INSPIRE Hydrography data model” (as in D3.4, vers. 1, “Identification of GIS4EU features and attributes in INSPIRE Transport Networks data model”) • Of course D3.3 (vers. 2.02) includes the new chapter 4, from Dolors, where is explained the INSPIRE model vers. 2 Provision of interoperable datasets to open GI to EU communities

Presenting D3.3 vers. 2 • D3.3 (vers. 2.02) includes some new addings and the review of changes: • new addings are: • in the Summary where we declare that there is the need of a new version of D3.3 because version 1. of D3.3 was edited before issue of version 2 of inspire models; • in the Document Scope where there is a specific reference to INSPIRE model vers. 2 • the Document Scope has been made uniform in D3.3 and in D3.4 • chapter 3 “Introduction about adopting INSPIRE data model” has been made uniform in D3.3 and in D3.4 • review of changes for a better comprehension are: • in the new appendix 10.6 “Changes of the document with regard to the previous version” where is resumed, chapter by chapter or grouping chapters, what changed in each chapter from version 1 of D3.3 to version 2 of D3.3 Provision of interoperable datasets to open GI to EU communities
